Who We Are
Winding Creek Camp exists to strengthen Families in Christ.
As kids, youth, adults and families come to Winding Creek Camp, they are able to focus on the things that are truly most valuable.
For the kids and youth, this means getting deeply into God’s word and learning the importance of not just knowing God's word but living it as well; it means experiencing the reality of the love of God through the friends you bring, meet, and make every day; most of all, it means a life-changing encounter with the One who loves you most while surrounded by some experiences you will never forget.
For the adults, it means a time of fun with their families, adventures to re-tell, time to experience peace and enjoy quiet, and best of all, the opportunity to be reminded of who God is and who we are.
Ministries
Family Camp
A memorable camp experience has made a significant spritual impact in the lives of countless believers. Our Ministry goal is to provide an age-appropriate opportunity for all to experience the presence of God through prayer, Bible study and fellowship, while relating to others in that group. We believe in doing everything possible to bring all campers to a one-on-one relationship with Jesus Christ. To encourage belivers to be strong in their commitment to Christ in three areas; personal life, family life and church life.

Thinking of the future, $20,000 was raised to update the housing for teens and 70 individuals volunteered to actually do the remodeling. Evangelist Steve Wingfield baked and auctioned two pies to add a fire pit and benches in the squad area the pies went for over $1200.00 with Rev. Wingfield actually serving as his own auctioneer.

WalkOn 2010
WalkOn exists to remind teens of Christ's ever moving power. He is real and desires to use each and everyone of us in reaching others in His name. He hasn't gone away - He is ever present! He may feel distant, but He is near! He will reveal Himself again and regenerate your strength in Him. He will. He will show Himself to be faithful, to be trustworthy! So, live like Jesus like never before.

So, you're a man. What's next? Discover and explore the power of a men's Retreat!
The weekend will be centered on presentations that address the theme of the weekend. Expect to participate in group exercises, and hear personal stories.
These will be followed by time to reflect, react and speak about what it means to you.
As in the past, the weekend includes opportunity to speak from the heart and be heard. Throughout the weekend, the activities encourage us to honor ourselves and share the passions, paths and purposes that enrich our lives.
It is a place for brothers, fathers, and friends to share their hearts and life experiences with other men.
Join Winding Creek Camps Women's Retreat, September 17 - 19 2010, for an uplifting weekend with women from all different walks of life. Winding Creek Camp is proud to sponsor Passing theTorch! A weekend retreat for those old in age but young at heart! Come and share a weekend experiene that will refresh, revive, and renew your relationship with Christ! We know one thing for sure -- there is transformation in the heart of anybody who chooses to study the word of God. The Bible says, For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). So we invite you to come and experience a transformation in Christ!

Scrapbook/ Quilting Retreat
Winding Creek Camp invites you ladies to join us at our Scapbooking/Quilting Retreat. Not only do we get together and scrap and sew to our hearts content but we also share in fellowship with one another. It is a time to relax and meditate on what God has done in our lives! We're looking forward to seeing all of our friends again and would love to see some new ones too. We had right around 33 at each retreat last year. Cheney Hall will fill up fast so I encourage you to get your registration and deposit in early if you want to stay there.
